RETURNS

As each Eiloni Couture piece is handcrafted using unique vintage materials, we do not accept returns for change of mind or fit. We encourage customers to review all product details and measurements carefully before purchasing. Or get in contact with us if you have any queries about specific items.

EXCHANGES

Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer exchanges.

FAULTS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and your order number. We will review the issue promptly and offer a suitable resolution, we want every customer to love their Eiloni pieces.

MADE-TO-ORDER

All custom and made-to-order designs are final sale.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place your order on a Saturday, your order will be processed on the following Monday.

During peak time, orders may take a little longer to process. Please allow 1-4 business days for dispatch. We are a small business in our inception phase so bare with us we will send your order as soon as possible. 

International orders can take up to 5 business days depending on final destination. You can track your order progress with the tracking number provided. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress, please check your junk/spam if you have not received within 48 hours of your order confirmation.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY PARTNER (AUSPOST)

Our chosen domestic shipping partner is Australia Post.

Sydney CBD: Same-day delivery available with Express Post (order placed before 12pm)
Greater Sydney: 1–3 business days
NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD metro: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Express Post: Priority delivery available at checkout

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY PARTNER (DHL)

Our international shipping partner, DHL. Once your order has been shipped and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.
