FAQ

Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every Eiloni piece is handmade to order in our Sydney studio. We do not hold finished stock, allowing us to create each garment with care and intention while reducing waste.

Will my piece look exactly like the product photos?

No two Eiloni pieces are ever identical. As we work with sourced vintage lace, crochet and textiles, each garment will vary slightly in pattern, texture and fabric placement. The silhouette and overall design remain consistent, but every piece is truly one of a kind.

Why are there slight variations between dresses?

The beauty of working with vintage materials is that every garment carries its own history. Variations are part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.

How long will my order take?

Most made to order pieces are completed within 5 to 10 business days before shipping.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Rush production is available for an additional 20% fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our Sydney studio. If you do not see your location on our site please email us at hello@eilonicouture.com

How long does international shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days once dispatched.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade nature of our garments and the use of one of a kind vintage materials, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution.

How should I care for my Eiloni piece?

We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Due to the delicate nature of vintage textiles, machine washing is not recommended.

What is the difference between Made to Order and Custom Orders?

All Eiloni pieces are handmade to order in our Sydney studio. This means you select an existing Eiloni design and we create it specifically for you using our collection of sourced vintage lace, crochet and textiles.

Custom Orders are a more collaborative process. Whether you'd like to modify an existing Eiloni design, adjust elements such as coverage, neckline or length, or create something entirely unique, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Custom orders require a design consultation and are quoted individually based on the scope of the project.

Made to Order: Our designs, handmade for you.

Custom Order: Your vision, created together. ✺
